While our 8' by 12' studio model may be tiny, It's the perfect size for a desk, chair, and bean bag. Our customers have used this unit as a backyard studio, office, guesthouse or backyard playhouse!
The standard Studio features a gorgeous Pine interior, a large 5’x3’ picture window, black standing seam metal on the side walls and roof, cedar tongue and groove on the front and back walls as well as a 2ft recessed porch.

The Office

Introducing our latest model "The backyard Office” a spin-off from our popular studio model.
The base model is built on wheels with a 8’x14’ footprint and features a full bathroom with flush toilet, small vanity and shower, loft above the bathroom and lots of natural light with two 3’x5’ windows.

Built on wheels and measuring 8’x24’, The Willow is fully furnished with beautiful pine walls and ceilings, waterproof vinyl flooring, a bathroom including a basic white vanity, 2x2 opening window, White Metal Shower, a bedroom with a 5x3 window, and a compact kitchen equipped with a two-burner electric stovetop, small sink, and room for a fridge. Featuring ample windows and a cozy recessed porch, this model offers the ideal retreat to unwind and relax. Additionally, it can be constructed without wheels.

The nordic abode

Starts at $37,500
The Nordic abode has an 8' x 22' footprint and can be placed on a trailer or ordered on skids. It comes fully finished and ready to plug in, featuring a full bathroom with a basic white vanity, flush toilet, and freestanding tub a small kitchenette including an electric stovetop, sink, and space for a refrigerator, the build also offers ample natural lighting through a large 5’x5’ picture window and an opening window over the kitchenette. This tiny home is ideal for a weekend getaway, Airbnb rental, or full-time living space.

The Minamalist
$34,500
The minimalist is designed to offer everything you need for a small living apartment. This 8x16 space includes a full bathroom, kitchen, washer/dryer, and loft area. It comes with six picture windows and two opening windows.
The kitchenette is complete with lower cabinets, an electric stovetop, sink, and butcher block countertop with a desk area.
The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet, and sink.
The spacious loft provides a cozy getaway space, with a ladder.
White pine tongue & groove for the interior walls, and waterproof vinyl flooring.

Sheds
Introducing our new 8’ x 10’ Nordic Mono Pitch Shed. This building includes double swinging doors, roughed interior and one opening window, black metal on side walls and back wall, cedar tongue and groove on front wall and a black metal roof with cedar overhang. Other sizes are available, but the base model starts at 8’ x 10’ for $6,500

Due to the fact that the tiny home market is always changing and the local rules and regulations are still catching up with the tiny home movement we have found that the NOAH stamp often provides everything needed for most counties but is sometimes not required .
NOAH Stamps also guarantee that your tiny home has been thoroughly inspected to meet the highest industry standards for structural integrity, electrical systems, plumbing, and more. Not only does the NOAH+ certification ensure your safety, but it also adds value to your tiny home.
